Although the wheelcovers and the door mirror can indicate 1968+, the chrome interior mirror, the shape of the horn ring and the 4th thumbnail show it's an older car. Since it has 14" wheels and this type of horn ring, I think it could be a 1966 250 SE updated with the new door mirror and integral wheelcovers.
