i found an article that Czech police uses Mondeos still end of 2003, or beginning of 2004 .. so I think this may be a 2003 one |

 please, could you change the year of this car? as I wrote in my very old comment, this is a 2003 Ford Mondeo ST220 - Czech police got these cars in that yearfor example, this article from 2nd January 2004 is about the Czech police Mondeos and there is mentioned, that police got them at the end of year 2003 Link to "www.auto.cz" |
