it is Germany for sure

only harvesters who had red wheel in Germany were some of the old GDR Fortschritt and CLAAS but except that detail nothing really matches, assuming of course the wheels haven't been customized too...

for all we see this may not be even a real harvester

very distinct seems that big brown air intake at rear !!

but the stairs don't match and would need red wheels

the starirs have 3 steps and a distinct trapezoid shpae

Case and IH never united until about 1985. This looks identical to IH 531 or such except it has been repainted.

How about a 431? At least the head matches pretty close on a 431.

I think if the head matches a 431 fairly close, we ought to call it International Harvester 431.
