It IS pretty. Many Vanden Plas accesoires her related to Austin A135 Princess. |

The Vanden Plas four door saloon, introduced in 1946, so most likely to be a Mark VI. Not my cup of tea at all, there were much nicer bodies available, and, in any case, who would really want their Bentley to look like an Austin? |

1946 - 1948 Bentley Mark VI Saloon by VandenPlas, design 1732, of which 14 were made, not all of which survive. Unfortunately it is not possible to pin a chassisnumber on this car. None were built after the last in the spring of 1948, when VandenPlas was ordered to concentrate on the in-house products of the Austin Group. |
