johnfromstaffs ◊ 2012-08-02 08:41	The Vanden Plas four door saloon, introduced in 1946, so most likely to be a Mark VI. Not my cup of tea at all, there were much nicer bodies available, and, in any case, who would really want their Bentley to look like an Austin?

Unfortunately it is not possible to pin a chassisnumber on this car. None were built after the last in the spring of 1948, when VandenPlas was ordered to concentrate on the in-house products of the Austin Group.
