Looks to be a Pontiac, by the tailights. Probably a Parisienne Safari |

The trim at the rocker panel looks too thin for the Caprice Classic series  By the way, there is no such a lesser Caprice wagon series for this generation. |

I believe the Caprice had a yellow, model specific badge at the base of the 'C' pillar, which you can see above. |
