While I do agree we here in the states have these pretty frequently on our cars. My CB7 has them (i added them from a junked CB7) and are US spec rain guard. Two things here that I noticed which may or may not help. 1. The rear view mirror seems to angled to the the left for LHD. 2. The rear plate holder seems to be elongated for EU spec cars.
