1939 Packard Twelve Touring ( seventeenth series model 1708 on the 139" wheelbase,built september 1938 to august 1939).This is the official White House Car used by President F.D. Roosevelt .It was purchased at about the same time as the Lincoln Sunshine Special used later and was also bullet-proof.Grille of the seventeenth series was alternating painted and chromed |
