The Camper Special Package included: camper body eletrics harness, heavy-duty front suspension springs, upgraded rear suspension springs, heavy-duty front and rear shock absorbers, and front anti-roll (stabilizer) bar. The front live drive-axle with offset front differential is visible so indeed its is four-wheel drive.
