Unless it has "Limited" badging (in 1965-73, the "Limited" an option package only available on the Electra 225 Custom). To determine if it's a base or a Custom, you have to see the interior. The seats and door panels on both models aren't the same. The convertible was only available in Custom trim but other models were available in both base and Custom trim (and Custom hardtop coupes and hardtop sedans were available with the Limited package that year).
