Probably generated for the movie, looks to be a side-by-side all-terrain-vehicle. -- Last edit: 2011-05-14 02:18:58 |

Also, as this was filmed in New Zealand wouldn't they get something from a company based there for convenience? |

The roll cage does appear to match the Polaris, but I'm not convinced. The roll cage also matches Kazuma, though I can't find any Kazuma 6x6s so that's probably out. I'm wondering if it's some obscure Asian brand; a Chinese knock-off or some such like Link to "x-buggy.en.made-in-china.com" or http://www.qrbiz.com/product/87691/EEC-400CC-UTILITY-VEHICLE-UTV.html |

I believe the ATV at my local hardware store was called the ''Trail-Wagon'' the only big difference I could find is that the Trail-Wagon didn't have 6 wheels like this one does. |

Doesn't look so similar to me: Link to "www.google.co.uk" |

I have one question: why does this have to be ''Made for Movie''? its just a normal side-by-side ATV with a customized front end, and to be honest: the front end is the only thing ''Made for Movie''-ish about it, so why does it have to be listed as ''Made for Movie'', and not just unknown? |

I would tend to agree that it's probably something local, and that there's not really any logical reason why this would have been crafted specifically for the movie... |

It was a 2009 Polaris Ranger 6x6 with an adjusted front end and other small adjustments |

That front end looks like a 1980+ Toyota Land Cruiser [J40]. |
