Car has windscreen washers, which are not present in the early 104s. In 1969 windscreen washers were added to Warszawas and also in 1969 they were introduced in Nysas with the new Nysa 521. In mid-1969 few technical changes were made in Syrenas, although washers are not mentioned among them (it is generally hard to find any info about them!), I believe they were also introduced in/around this time. Perhaps there were some new regulations and they started to be mandatory.
