I know that there would be a lot of work on this, but I do notice that the Ikaruses are listed in reversed way, in matter of model name and chassis number. This one would be a 263 chassis (12 meter) and a 263.30 model (2-2-2 side doors).

But You sure, that is not a 260? It hasn't window after las doors - http://www.bartrans.net/ikarus263.homel.1.JPG

And no, 263 is designation of model, and 263.xx is variant of this model, produced for various customers in various countries (par example 2-2-2 doors have not only 263.30, but also 263.00 and 263.10).

You're very right, by the code (01-06) and registration number (BPO-106) I found from here it's a 1991/2 Ikarus 260.45.

More accurate this one.

Still I think corret would be 260.45 model per 260 chassis.

The "country codes" were moved to the chassis field long time ago (in fact first bus listed with it was our 280.26). They never appear at the badge. You can find them inside the bus at the small plate, where are literally described as "chassis type" as far as I remember.
