Maybe it does, but this car is obviously later than 1919. It's a bit like a British Austin Seven Swallow Roadster, but not quite |

Not an Opal, I think. They were more angular at the rear, and had an outside-mounted spare. I imagine this must be a coachbuilt SWB Austin Seven - I'm sure Swallow weren't the only coachbuilders to produce them. |
