Slush bucket or slush fund is an American saying where the money is controlled by a small group of people without the general population knowing. I referenced that saying based off the fact Russia’s auto market is ‘like’ a slush bucket/fund because of all the different markets the vehicles come from. Sorry for any confusion. |
