Those three spoke alloys are a dead ringer for Honda: http://avtomag.autocentre.ua/honda-dio-1998-dnepropetrovsk-202326315/ SYMs had different ones: Link to "www.michael-floessel.de" and it's a Japanese film anyways. I think I can also see the ring of the Honda's planet logo under the basket in the third thumb.
