Looks like it. I think it might have started life as a 20hp car in the late 1920s.

Certainly Austin but the front mudguards are too narrow for a 20. The louvred bonnet sides and wire wheels suggest 16/6 and the radiator shell shape is from the nickel plate era so I would guess a 16/6 from late '27 to '30
