Looks like a Chevrolet Suburban from anywhere during the 80's. |

It's not a Blazer. It's already been firmly established that this is a Suburban. And DT, although the quad headlights were the most common ones, as you can see by my link, the single headlights were also available as an option. I think they were more for lower-trim models. |
