It is a 1940 but with the 1939 grille, it is a 1940 Ford Standard Tudor Sedan.

To me it is not a 1940 Ford Standard model 022A but a 1939 Ford DeLuxe Tudor Sedan (Model 91A) : it has a second short trim strip under the side hood/beltline strip that the 1940 Fords did not have and large hubcaps. On 1940 Standards only a small central part of the grille was bright .Here one can see also bright trim above the grille sides .However I suspect that the headlights have been changed for the more upright large oval ones, incorporating the standing lights ,of the 1940 model 01A DeLuxe with chromed rims. On the 1940 Standards the headlight rims were painted in the same color as the body. The reason is probably that those 1940 headlights with the large nacelles were the first sealed beams , better performing units.
