Gamer, ingo, Mystery Man, AnimatronixX any idea where this beast is/was? Filmed in Germany. If we can figure out who converted it we may be able to determine if it truly is a Rally over a Vandura. Edit: Can't forget mike962 Tried to list the active German members Sorry if I forgot any. -- Last edit: 2019-07-10 21:58:58 |

Not only Cologne(-Hürth). Filmed in Dusseldorf and other parts of the Ruhr Area, too. Furthermore season 1 up to 4 were filmed in Berlin and Brandenburg. |

Don't know this unit, didn't find it on movie car sites, never really watched the van business over here. I'm expecting it to be a Vandura, but don't quote me on that. Here's a tandem axle conversion with a very similar layout, the same roof style and even mood lights in the same position - maybe by the same converter. ![]() Edit: OK, well done, Jale! -- Last edit: 2019-07-10 22:21:36 |

Too many coincidences with them. Betting on same converter. Question is who is it ![]() |

I'm not sure, if it's possible to find the producer... https://www.v8van.com/six-wheel--4x4.html For example - could be Family Wagon Co of Irwindale California. Their van has similar shape of tandem axle bay: Link to "topclassiccarsforsale.com" |

I guess I need to call Doc. Brown so I can go back to the 80s and witness this vannin' craze. I had no idea there were that many tandem vans made ![]() Think he will let me borrow the Delorean? ![]() |

Depending on how much you really want to find out, I have a list of van converters and a bunch of brochures for you. ![]() |

Are there any of the rear tire cover? I bet without a doubt it is on there. @Lateef that thing is a monster and a police vehicle ![]() |
