Most probably, although I don't know if the estate version of the Consul was also sold in Sweden. Nevertheless, I think their first model year there was 1973. |

Wikipedia says, that it was the first car, where Ford Germany and Ford UK have cooperated at the developing (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Granada) - so the Escort MKI was an origin.British car, but it's not written, where it was build. In Köln/Cologne definetely, but I don't know, if in Britain or Belgium, too. |

These Consul/Granadas of the first series were built in Germany for our market. About this car, it was barely visible on the film that the dirty licenseplate begins with a J so it´s a 1976-77 model. |
