What it is really laughable is the fact that even with all that ricer decoration, it has an automatic gearbox ![]() -- Last edit: 2009-03-14 01:14:46 |

I spotted it, along with the F-Series pickup, at a Monroe MI area used car dealership:![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2010-12-31 00:19:45 |

Now why in the world do people with "ricers" have the rear suspension lowered? ![]() |
◊ 2011-06-24 11:48 |
They don't have the rear suspension lowered, what causes that is when you drive over speedbumps and stuff like that if you just drive fast over them, it eventually messes up your suspension. Most people only go slow for the front of their car that's why the back is always low on a lot of cars. |

Reverse lights went on while changing from Drive to Park in the movie, so automatic ![]() |

Wow, thats a shit car. No wonder they wanted to steal the torino. It's got a spoiler that looks like a shelving unit, the hood is clearly made from a chalkboard and it's sitting really low in the water too. |

Bushings and shocks go bad over time. I believe there's also 3 people sitting in the back during that shot. The front shocks and springs are stronger than the rear to hold up the engine as well. |

Because this car is one of the vehicles that young adolescent teenagers and young street racers would use and they do this to the car's suspension as part of one of the customization features to make them look cool. -- Last edit: 2015-08-17 09:03:58 |

That's why there's a old saying "Muscle beats import every time". |
◊ 2015-09-21 16:32 |
Actually it should be ''Muscle beats ricer every time'' because an because a stock '98 Lan Evo V could beat a stock '69 Charger in a 1/4 mile any time And how do you ask? Well the Evo is 4WD and has more grip so in a 1/4 mile drag race it will get more traction during and after launch with little to no wheelspin, while the Charger is RWD so that will mean it won't get a lot of traction and a lot more wheelspin. I'll explain more about this in future |

Nothing from any of these shots indicates LX over DX? Was the transmission only offered as a manual on the DX? I cannot tell from import archive as the brochures do not alloy a zoom in feature with out paying. |

https://www.auto-brochures.com/makes/Honda/Honda_US%20Model%20Range_1992.pdf ( scroll near the end ) DX had both, only manual ones for 1992 were CX, VX and Si , all on the hatch -- Last edit: 2021-05-09 16:16:46 |

Thanks. If interior shots exist they would greatly determine the trim level. DX has manual windows (among other things but that is the easier to tell the trim level) while LX has power windows (among other things). |
