1932 Packard ninth series Eight. Probably the Sport Phaeton on the shorter wheelbase.

Its a 1932 Packard but its a 2 door convertible victoria and it could be a Super Eight or a Twin Six if the headlight lens are v shaped.

This is actually a VERY RARE 1934 Packard V-12 Dietrich victoria five-passenger convertible coupe, series 1107. Everything about the car is screaming 1934, and this custom-bodied machine was a very expensive toy when it was new and the few that survive today sell for well above $200K.
