How about very late Romeo 2? The handle is not visible, like in suicide doors, and hubcaps seem to be of the older type (though maybe were used in early F12 as well).

Is not a F12, but a Romeo 2°: the F12 has never had this kind of hubcaps.
It's a Police version for the insignia on rear door: the badge on the left (a Veltro) identifies him as "Polizia Stradale", the right is the membership Department.

Massimo sounded pretty sure, don't you think?
Was he wrong?

1957-66 Romeo 2? By default since it lasted much longer than plain Romeo. Handle is visible at front of door, as of 2022 at least, meaning suicide doors meaning a Romeo/2. Is Massimo vindicated after all these years? I say yes!
