Seeing the added Explorer, Crown Vics, and the Charger, I thought that was probably the case. So since it's a police training camp, this must be a [P71] then.

A least they were gracious enough to removed the Ford emblem before painting and re-added it when finished ... :D

Ford sure loves to mount rear view mirrors extra low on windshields for some odd reason. That can block forward vision. :(
