rpcm ◊ 2007-11-07 02:42	I would say this numberplate is a temporary ( tourist ) Spanish reg. with, on the right, a vertical red stripe with ( I suppose ) its expiry date. The BI letters must indicate that it was issued in the province of Vizcaya whose capital is Bilbao.
