Hmm, ive done a search, indeed it is, thankyou, i tried Seat 1500 spider but nothing came up, it was not made i realise :p

Doesn't look like any Mexican plate I've even seen.....they're all US size???

I would say this numberplate is a temporary ( tourist ) Spanish reg. with, on the right, a vertical red stripe with ( I suppose ) its expiry date. The BI letters must indicate that it was issued in the province of Vizcaya whose capital is Bilbao.

Hmm, that is Actually La Coruña which is in Galicia, i didnt know such plates actually existed.
