An interesting Ardea here , with the split rear wondow and split front bumper it is an early model Ardea Berlina I series ,1939. |

The Ardea was introduced by the end of 1939 and only five cars were built in December. Sales started in January 1940. From this angle the 1st and 2nd series were similar. Externally, the main difference between them was that the 2nd series had a bootlid. The boot of the 1st series Ardeas was only accessible from the inside. |
