Putting on my old bus-spotter's anorak, I think this is a Mercedes-Benz with Reeve Burgess coachwork. |

Mercedes 709D with as you say Reeve Burgess body. Thames Transit had a batch of these (E-registration) some of which were in regular blue and cream and a small number of which were in this red/grey livery to mimic what was then the livery of the Oxford Tube Oxford to London service. |
