Big Dave ◊ 2007-08-04 03:36	I found a site that shows all the pages of a sales brochure for the 1946 Plymouth. It seems the main changes on a Special DeLuxe vs a Deluxe are all in the interior. So, unless there is a close up of a small badge on the hood these will always be difficult to completely identify. Comments??
pilou ◊ 2007-08-06 11:26	A difference between the Plymouth DeLuxe and Special DeLuxe is that the Special DeLuxe had a bright metal windshield and windshield center divider bar surround , whereas the DeLuxe uxed a rubber surround and painted divider.There are two different Plymouths here : the black one with the white sidewall tires on the left and right thumbnail is a Plymouth Special DeLuxe 1946-48 ( P-15-C).The towed light brown one may be a DeLuxe ( P-15-S) or Special DeLuxe ( P-15-C) , hard to identify without those further details.
