It can't be a Phantom II because there is no front cross-member, the radiator is not tall enough and the bonnet is too short. Actually it is a 1930 20/25HP, chassis #GNS53, Brougham de ville body by Hooper (NOT GNS23 AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, MY TYPO, SORRY). .
