dsl ◊ 2017-03-28 02:29	Plate ends 9980; letters uncertain but WN a convincing onscreen possibility, and as a 1936 Swansea issue is convincing possibility for Cardiff location. Nothing found on A7 register for WN 9980 (or any other 9980 as far as I can tell).
