LTI TX1 or TXII...it's a bit too far away to tell for sure. |

From the thumbnail picture it is a pre-August 2001 type registration number. Something like Y634 WLC (London registration) without the first digit being in 0 or 5 for the later registrations example YX04 WLC or YX54 WLC.
