I agree with Dodge, but there is something strange with this car: the rear is from 1955, but the front looks more like a 1956 :think:

From what I can tell from pics Ive seen of Havana, and printed articles, its not at all unusual for these older cars to have mixed body components , The Cuban people have been very resourceful keeping these cars alive, many parts having been fabricated due to shortages created by shipping embargo. Havana is a car collectors dream, as many of these cars still exist ther today.

True, but this film was shot in Puerto Rico. ;)

It would probably be impossible for a US studio to make a film in Cuba, because of US government sanctions against Cuba. And, even if US sanctions were not an issue, any script touching on Cuban politics or history would have to get past the Cuban censors.

Good point :king: Theres a lot of older cars in P.R. as well, but replacement parts are more readily available, if you can afford them.
