Yeah, my uncle has one and they are very comfortable cars to ride in, they get great gas mileage, and are safe and reliable. Jeremey doesn't like it because a) it's American b) it's not sporty or fast and c) it isn't the most stylish car. -- Last edit: 2011-07-24 19:08:16 (G-MANN) |

On a family holiday to America 10 years ago, this was our hire car. I think my dad said it was one of the worst handling cars he'd ever driven, he said it was like steering a battleship. It's big inside and it's got air conditioning but that's about it. |

I think the reason Clarkson and May were calling the LeSabre rubbish was because it had fewer than 8 cylinders and was FWD. They were expecting to find lots of classic V8 RWD Detroit iron from the 80's, and were bemoaning the fact that most of the cars on the lots they were looking at were from the 90's, when most American cars downsized and switched to FWD. |
