It's a Morris Commercial LC. Another example can be seen in 'The Titfield Thunderbolt' (1953)

You call yourself Train68 yet you don’t appear to know about the Titfield Thunderbolt. Strange.

I've only been part of this site since August 2017, so I don't know about every movie that's on this site.

In the book, Farmer Hogget's truck was a Land Rover.

Built in 1948 a Morris-Commercial LC3, apparently according to a facebook entry it has been used in a number of movies following the Babe appearance.

My business is the only one specialising in parts for Morris-Commercial worldwide. Recently the owner of this 'Babe Truck' came here looking for parts as it is being restored. He told me its been in several movies since. One of these was the Angelina Jolie 'Unbroken'. Today the truck is in the hands of Mark McKinley (The builder of the Giggahorse and other vehicles in the Mad Max thriller 'Fury Road' He lives in Nth West Sydney these days. The truck is mostly Stock but needs a freshen up. Cheers.
