The 4000-series and 8000-Series trucks were unveiled in 1989. If the 8x00 trucks followed the "trends" of the 4000-Series models, no hood side badge would mean a 1989-94 model. Aerodynamic bumper and sides make it a 8300 indeed. -- Last edit: 2015-11-22 01:54:35 |

^ not correct. They were introduced as 1988 models. Here is one for sale with a J in the 10th digit indicating a 1988 MY. Part site confirms 1988 too. |
