@junkman I 'm sure this is not a Neoplan, as the Neo's front is looking different. The Neo's bumper is larger and has a different angle. Also the windscreen of the upper deck of Neoplan Skyliners has a much steeper angle.

It has clearly written on the front: CAETANO

According to Ginie from hardware.fr forum, it would be a Scania 113, with maybe a body from Irizar.

If Caetano, then Caetano Algarve II.

I did not find any double deck coaches on both of their web sites, but if trying to decide from the design elements, it has to be an Caetano Algarve II. The names are no wonder, the mother company is from Portugal: http://www.caetanobus.pt/

This bodywork is the Salvador Caetano Super Beta 4000, available with various chassis. But in this case, the chassis is the MAN 24.360, the most commom.
Correction: I think this bodywork was sold as Algarve outside Portugal, so the description is correct.
