Adrian ◊ 2006-03-16 21:02	This is an E34 `95 525i. Pretty cool scene of this 525i drivng in the rain. Great shots. Little use of this car in the film. One scene that's it. Total of 3 min. max. It drives a little fast, oversteers, and goes off road, and that's it. Not really worth it, but kind of cool if you like E34's. ***Correction: All 1995 E34 US 5-series have an extra blinker between the front wheel and door - the car in this photo does not have this. Therefore, it's an `89-`94 525i. If the resolution was better on the rear badge I could tell you more. In 1992, the 5-series badges were changed to italic (on a slight angle). benny ◊ 2007-01-09 19:35	I have seen this movie. This BMW 525i E34 was used quite a lot throughout the movie, by Sandra Bullock's character, too. Three scenes at night and, in the second half of the movie, the cool scene driving in the rain. We can see the front end and the kidney: it has the big kidney, and on the rear the italic badge "525i". Visible also the interior, with beige leather, powered seats, phone and other luxury features. This E34 looked very beautiful Since it has the restyled grille was it 1994 model year for USA? Few minuts before the final scene, there was a shot of this Bimmer parked in a BMW dealer. In that scene are visible two others E34s (red and white - both 1989-92 models, 525i I guess) and E23, E24, E32. Newman ◊ 2007-11-24 00:51	Multiple E34s where used in this movie for different scenes. Dennis Miller's character is driving a 1995 525i with luxury package. You can determine this when he pulls up to the bingo parlor to pick up Sandra Bullock's character. It's a wide grille car and the grain of the leather is nicer, so it is a 1995 car there. The car Sandra Bullock's character uses while being chased by the cops is a 1992 525i. The mirror looks molded to the door opposed to the later style rectangular looking mirrors. The wheels are gold AREs with a polished lip, not BBS or style 5s BMW used for the 1995 525i with luxury package.
