However book photos show Austin LDs starting with two vertical lights - as here - while a 1957 Morris brochure pic shows twin horizontals Don't know how reliable this is, but suggests Austin not wrong here. Later 60s LDs of whatever variety seem to have 3 lights in a right angle formation - whether you want to describe them as 2 vertical + 1 horizontal or vice versa.

Don't know how reliable this is, but suggests Austin not wrong here. Later 60s LDs of whatever variety seem to have 3 lights in a right angle formation - whether you want to describe them as 2 vertical + 1 horizontal or vice versa.
