Yes supcoach, it's a Rambler. Not just any old Rambler, it's the Aussie spec Rambler American. .gif ";)") Now this is a fantastic find!!...first introduced in 1964, these were SMK'd (semi knockdown'd) and sold as the Rambler "American" in Aus...  it was a solid and reliable in the rough roads of Aus but didn't hold a candle to the larger Fords, Chryslers and Holdens in terms of shares...production ended by 67 and AMI continued to build AMCs and Toyotas... -- Last edit: 2023-09-09 01:22:52 |
