Yes only JDM are listed as 1991. Outside Japan we list those as 1992+ because they have VIN number as opposed to frame numbers JDM vehicles have. Edit: to further elaborate. Some countries do not adhere/mandate the use of MYs in their VINs but the manufacturer (Honda in this case) utilizes MYs in their internal records. As we have seen when decoding VINs from EU (not all use MYs) & New Zealand/Australia (they do not follow MYs either). Coming back here; officially called here as the Civic Genio, as revealed by local brochures and promotional materials. Indonesian Wikipedia and Mobil Motor Lama reveals chassis code isn't [EG], it's a [SR4]. Also, I think I actually see 1994-1995 foglight cutouts in that front bumper from the main image.
