Style of the rear grille is like the one used on the 2013 50th Anniversary edition and on the 2015+ GTS. Front bumper is standard Carrera/Carrera S style. Clear taillights are not standard but might have been an official Porsche option. So in my assessment it is either Carrera 4S or Carrera 4 GTS. If I had to guess, you could probably option a GTS style rear grille on the S, but an S bumper on a GTS would seem less likely. Or it's some special edition model I've forgotten about.
