Most likely at Monaco race track, and #23 was Bruno Giacomelli in Alfa Romeo 179C (chassis #179C-01). However the rear wing looks to have a different colour (or decal) in this rsc photo: https://www.racingsportscars.com/f1/1981/Monaco-1981-05-31-023.jpg Perhaps this was the practise session? |
