 I think it's XJ12 grille, and perforated wheels are correct 72+ style.

 The front end really looks to me a series II. I don't change because the British cars expert is you but I think to be sure. Please, look again at the thumb.

 Ooops. Yes definitely S2. Thumb is blurry but I think it has the more prominent bar of XJ12.
