Probably L. White vinyl was brief option 72-73 until they discovered bird poo stains couldn't be completely removed (see also other Fords, Silver Shadows, Hillman Avenger special editions etc). The odd aspect of this brief phase in UK is to compare with eg US, where white vinyl stayed in fashion for much longer - so was US roofing a different material?? or were US bird poos a chemically gentler deposit?? |
