the days when Action Conzept could afford to shoot oversees

today they can't even afford to shoot on real Autobahn, it's just their studio one over and over and over again so never mind foreign location shooting...

If it is Colombia then it's a Dodge Omni.

If that's the case, then you would expect they would do a much better job, because there's no way a rental car agency would rent an old piece of crap like that. What a half-ass job from a company that would always destroy new E39s and W220s in Der Clown.

Made in USA?

It's not US spec, and I can't find any evidence the Dodge/Plymouth were sold in CO. The Talbot was built locally:

I can find no evidence of either the European or American version of this model being sold in Colombia. There is a Facebook page "Club Mopar antiguos de Colombia", that doesn't show any, except in US brochures and advertisements, nothing for the Colombian market.

They even have one picture of an advertisement from 1979, showing the models available, the Coronet, Dart and Alpine:
Link to "www.facebook.com"

They even have older ads, featuring the Dodge Dart and older Simca models. And a few things about the Alpine, but nothing about Horizons or Omnis.

So I'm going to rename it a Talbot, but also removing the "Made for" tag unless someone has evidence that that model was sold there new.

And I don't trust the listing of the "Made for Ecuador" page either.
