It s a Skoda Octavia/Mingrui vRS Rally car built by Shanghai-Volkswagen for CRC homologation,which has FWD layout for taking part in somewhat like a 2WD group.

as what i known for Octavia vRS read as “明锐RS”(seems) in China,lacked the letter “v”
