Truck_Guy ◊ 2018-11-09 22:40	The CityStar was much rarer than the Ford version, not that the Ford was very common. This is only the third one on this site. There's a good reason for that, the Powerstroke V6 Turbo Diesel used in these trucks was plagued with issues.

Only the cab belongs to Mazda Titan. Nothing else. The linked article states that: Quote The cab was derived from the Japanese Mazda Titan introduced in 2000. but Quote The chassis was mostly based on existing F-Series architecture. Since the chassis don't intersect in any way, also engine or trasmission, this makes these trucks American. Mazda had a Japanese 4HG1 engine whereas the Ford/International had an American-made VT275.
