Looks like it has a chrome grille, which would make it a 1997-98 Regency, which replaced the Ninety-Eight in the lineup. |

We only have two LSS models listed as well. I guess they weren't big sellers, although I've seen a few around where I live. |

The wheels are throwing me off, I may be wrong. May need to check the others to see if they have body-colored grills or chrome-like ones. |
