The buildings are typical North German style Reichswehr-barracks from the 1930ies, later used by the Bundeswehr. Now ready for renovation or demolition, as after 1990 it happens to the most German military buildings. Especially at this location, List on the island of Sylt, where the property prices are one of the highest in Germany. |
