The door glass might be the key unmodified part. Some kind of Japanese kei truck or tuktuk-type vehicle, maybe? |

There are at least two different vehicles with different doors, taken I think from different generations of Piaggio Ape. They appear to be three wheelers, so they might be built on Ape chassis. |
